Tazewell Pointe is a Planned Unit Development or PUD, comprised of single-family dwellings or town houses, each on its own lot. In addition to ownership of the unit and the lot, the purchaser becomes an owner in common with all other owners in the PUD of common facilities and grounds. Purchase of the dwelling requires that the owner belong to the Tazewell Pointe Homeowners Association and pay assessment for maintenance of the common facilities.
The Association is governed by regulations and guidelines set forth in the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS and the BY-LAWS OF THE TAZEWELL POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. Under these regulations, a Board of Directors is selected and is responsible for the overall operation of the Association. All Board members are volunteers and do not receive compensation for services.
